Commercial: Schedule of Condition (Inspection & Report)

A schedule of condition, whether it be a detailed written report or a comprehensive photographic document, is an accurate way of recording a building’s condition at any given time. Schedules are used by landlords and tenants, these schedules are ways for both parties to ensure the premises remain, and are returned, in a condition compliant with lease terms, removing the need for protracted negotiation. Schedules of condition must be referenced within (and appended to) your lease. Failure to do this could render the schedule invalid and in turn expose you to the further repair, redecoration or reinstatement liabilities. Our schedules of condition provide a detailed and accurate record of all demised areas.

Our CAA PfCO trained surveyors can inspect the roof of a property, in detail, to inspect for defects, maintenance or repair issues, without the disruption of scaffolding. Our advanced drone technology allows us to rapidly establish the condition of the roof covering, chimney, flashing's skylights and gutters and share information on the same day.
